If You wish to return the product You bought, there are few options to choose from:

If You didn't create an account, fill the form (downloaded here) and email it to us along with an invoice that should have come to Your email at the moment of purchase,

If You do have an account, log in, browse the history of Your orders and in the details of the one You are looking for, check the product You are wishing to return and email us about Your decision.

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to do so, and within another 14 days, you must send us back the product with no signs of use to the address indicated by us. This is the only cost you incur. We bear the cost of return only in the situation of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, but in that case you must explain what the non-conformity lies in. 

Up to 14 days after receiving the returned product from you, we will refund the cost in the same way you have paid. However, if you want the refund to be made directly to the account number specified in the form - you must clearly write it. If you send back the entire order to us, we will also refund you the cost of delivery from our online store.

Unless your claim is for Non-Conformity of the Goods with the Contract, you do not need to inform us of the reason for your decision. If you do, however, you will help us improve our service.

Remember, too, that we only accept returns on ToddleRoad products that were purchased from our store.
